Our fully-inclusive tiny house shells feature a 100% complete exterior, allowing you to design, build, and decorate your own dream tiny interior.
Each shell includes the following:

Custom Tiny House Foundation
We are proud to source our custom THOW foundations through a trusted local supplier, and we are also an authorized distributor of Trailer Made Custom Trailers.
We typically use a closed-cell spray foam insulation (optional) between the crossbeams of each trailer deck. Using spray foam allows for a tighter seal and higher R-Value to keep the breeze out of your home.

DIY Framing + Plans
With every DIY frame package, we provide you with a instruction manual. A machine precuts, dimples, and drills every steel stud. Following the manual, you’ll arrange the studs, snap them in place, screw them together, and stand the walls.
