We pull our tiny homes with a 1-ton pickup truck. Depending on the weight of your home, it could require a lower tow capacity. Before towing your home, narrow down the weight you will be towing and the truck needed to pull the home. If you need help, feel free to reach out to the Maverick team and we can help make sure you are traveling safely!

Each tiny home has a unique weight. Elements of consideration may include your selected interior finishes, exterior material preferences, trailer size, wood vs. steel framing, etc.

The National Organization of Alternative Housing certification process ensures that your tiny home has gone through a full building inspection process.  NOAH inspects tiny homes from foundation (trailer) all the way to the finished product making sure that your home is built to the highest standard.  Their certification allows for better lending opportunities, cheaper insurance rates, and better relations with local zoning agencies.  To learn more, check out NOAH at noahcertified.org

(All of our turn-key builds are fully certified with NOAH)
